In the cup, you can taste the roasty tones of chocolate, caramel, toastiness, and a rich deep body that dark roast fans love. It is essentially a little bit of each of the best lots our farm partners produce and is made up mostly of small peaberries and beans that are of a smaller grading size. Typically these smaller size beans are valued less not because of lack of flavor but simply because of their small size.
