We welcome back a stellar coffee from Oaxaca Mexico’s\n            northern mountainous region, known as the Sierra Mazateca. Another community sourced lot, this was produced\n            by 9 different farms in the region, and processed using the traditional Washed method. The results in the\n            cup are a subtly complex coffee that expands its palate offerings as it cools: an unassuming graham cracker\n            dried aroma gives way to deeper sensations of milk chocolate and sweet crisp apples with a mid-tone of\n            nougat, the spice intrigue of anise and vanilla, and a balanced and creamy body finishing with a silky\n            mouthfeel. Vigilante Coffee founder and green buyer Chris Vigilante has been traveling to Oaxaca for coffee\n            and surf since 2016 when we first participated in a coffee auction there. We’ve scored great coffees like\n            Gloria at the competition as well as some incredible waves.
